About Dr. Higgins:
Dr. Higgins is an Instructional Assistant Professor in the Department
of Agricultural Economics. Dr. Higgins' primary activity is
undergraduate teaching and is the coach of the FDRS Student Food
Marketing Challenge team and a co-advisor for the NAMA team. She is
engaged in the development of distance learning courses for the
Department of Agricultural Economics and the use of technology in the
classroom to enhance student learning.
